Happy adalah kucing dari negeri Fiore yang berwarna biru, bisa berdiri,bisa berbicara, dan bisa terbang (menggunakan sihirnya). Makanan kesukaannya jelas ikan. Dia adalah partnernya Natsu. Suka bilang ``Aye``. Happy lahir dari telur yang ditemukan Natsu waktu dia kecil. Dan dikira Natsu naga, hahaha. Tapi yang ternyata keluar adalah kucing bersayap yang kata pertamanya ``Aye``. Pada saat Happy dilahirkan, tidak ada terjadi perkelahian dan kesialan di Markas Serikat Fairy Tail, jadi kucing itu diberi nama Happy (kegembiraan), karena dia seperti malaikat pembawa kebahagiaan ke Serikat Fairy Tail.
