Banyak yang mengetahui kalau Eyeshield 21 dipenuhi oleh karakter-karakter yang bodoh dan luar biasa tolol. Namun diantara karakter-karakter tersebut, Otawara dari Ojo White Knight adalah yang paling bodoh. Lupa pakai celana, kentut disembarang tempat, dan banyak tingkah aneh lainnya. Lebih lucunya lagi, Otawara yang luar biasa bodoh ini justru masuk ke sekolah elit tempat para bangsawan yang pintar dan terhormat menuntut ilmu, Ojo.
